Shipping Information:

Processing Time: Orders placed before 12pm ET on a business day will typically be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping to the contiguous United States.

Shipping Rates: We offer standard $7.99 flat rate shipping on all orders below $50. Orders that are $50 and above qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. At this time we are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO, or other countries besides the USA. If you have questions about shipping to a specific location, please contact our customer service team at custrelations@hydetools.com.

Return and Exchange Policy: All sales are final. We offer refunds and exchanges on damaged and defective goods. If you are unsure whether your purchase fits into this category, please contact our customer service team and they will be happy to assist you.

Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hyde Tools purchase. We guarantee against all manufacturer’s defects and shipping damage. Please contact our customer service team if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs.
